I was seeing another person at this facility who was 'meh' but Priyanka will listen to you and give you advise on each issue where the last person I had would tell me "that's normal to have pain at your age or you can't have keep getting referrals ""

"Was taken by ambulance with severe back pain. The staff was very potty mouthed. Speaking badly about patients and dropping F bombs. They gave me a shot and two pills. I did not receive any discharge paperwork and they were going to have me walk out bare footed. I'm sure I'll be getting a nice big bill for the wonderful care. Had to ask the guy for some booties."

"The wait time was less than 5 minutes, I couldn't believe it but all the staff was incredible nice, sweet, understanding, helpful, caring. I got blood work done, an ultrasound and a CT scan and I was out of there in less than 2 hrs. Incredibly happy. Definitely worth going there, do not hesitate."

"Recently was there with a friend, her Doctor is Andrea Silva, MD and was absolutely disappointed with the attention she was giving her patient. My friend went in there to get questions answered about a loved ones health issues and not once did she give her any answers that she went there to get, as a matter of fact she let my friend do all the talking and she just sat there with her legs crossed shaking her head and nodding. She is the one that is supposed to be the concerned doctor and we left there with no answers and when my friend finished talking she said she was going to recommend some therapy which she never even asked for. My friend left there disappointed because one we had to set up an appointment for this, 2nd we waited in the room for over 20 minutes for her to come in and just sit down and nod her head. We were in the room for about 15 more minutes and this doctor just got paid to do absolutely nothing for my friend. It was such a waste of time and money. If you decide to come here don't bother with Andrea Silva, she clearly doesn't know how to communicate with her patients or what is best for them."

"Today August 24, 2023 I came into Ascension for an appointment with Crista Lehman. While I was waiting in line at the front desk, Richard was talking on the phone with a patient. I checked in and sat down. He must have been on the phone for 10 minutes or more explaining to the lady what had to be done to get whatever procedure she needed completed. He must’ve told her the same thing more than five times and he was so patient. His tone of voice never changed. I was so impressed with how he just didn’t lose it. After he got off the phone, I went and complimented him, because he really was extremely professional. I found out from the other lady who is just as sweet as she could be at the front desk that I could do this Google review, so here I am. I also want to commend Crista Lehman. She is always very friendly, patient and professional. She never rushes through an appointment, and always has excellent ideas on how to resolve any issues you have. Thank you, Sandra Gunter."
