"If you are a normal person experiencing back pain - run away from this practice. I went into their office over a week ago with back spasms and they said they would order imaging and some pain injections while they await the results of the imaging. It's now been over a week and I had to call them, dropped my phone call multiple times and sent to "full" voice mail boxes, only to be told "we are awaiting ~some kind of internal~ approval". Not my insurance mind you, just that they haven't done anything on their end. It takes less than 24 hours to get approval from Florida Blue insurance, so basically their office is so disorganized and poorly ran that nothing has been done about my follow up. This place is the epitome of one of those bad medical offices you hate to deal with. From the questionnaire they ask you when you try to make an appointment, it's obvious this place is an ambulance chaser type of place. They are only interested in workers comp, injury cases where they can get you in their system and you wait and wait and wait some more, because most of the elderly people that go here have no other options or understand their options. I waited a week just for any follow up, any guidance, all the while having spasms. That was a week of wasted time."
