"Rude receptionist and technician/nurse. Didn’t care about my symptoms. Cut me off. Asked me what medications I was allergic to. I said Ativan. She said “Ativan???” Like she didn’t know what that was. After my visit she said “yeah just call your pharmacy in like 30min or whatever.” And then just stood there waiting for me to exit the room. Then looking at my paperwork I saw under the allergies spot there was NO allergies listed for my chart. Even though I told her I was allergic to Ativan. Weird behavior from the staff. Not a good visit"

"My time there was awful. I sat in the waiting room with covid for 3 hours. Multiple people taken back before me that got there after. They completely forgot about me and said they “accidentally skipped” me. Wasn’t even told anything until I went up to the desk myself. It didn’t feel like a very welcoming environment either. Wouldn’t recommend"

"Do not go here! They are lazy, make you wait forever and they are not customer oriented. This is my second time here and I waited so long the first time I had to leave or would have missed my flight. Made an appointment to come back and was told that they do first come first serve before those that have an appointment. Two others walked out that had appointments because they had the same experience. The woman at the desk was extremely rude! Don’t go there they are awful"

"For the situation we were going through, we had a very good experience with this location (especially the staff). My son had a potentially broken wrist (it was severely sprained an bruised). We went to the Durbin Pavilion site first since it was closest to our home. Was told there was no x-ray technician on call at that location on that day. Called the Southside location - was told there was a 90 minute wait, and they were closing at 8:00 pm that night. We drove there and arrived at 6:40 pm. Was still told there was a 90 minute wait. We decided to take our chances and wait. At about 7:45 pm, we were informed that they would not be closing up at 8:00 pm and that we would get seen that night. At 8:05 pm we were ushered into our room, and less than 10 minutes later, my son was taken to the x-ray room. We finally left about 9:15 pm after consulting with the x-ray tech and the P.A. on duty. No broken bones, just a bruise and sprain. Was given a wrist support with our discharge instructions. The staff was awesome; and very polite and helpful. It takes some wonderful human beings to deal with a stressful situation (along with all the other people who needed their help and assistance). They stayed open until everyone who checked in before 8:00 pm was taken care of!! Thanks again."
