"Getting service was a bit slow but I guess that is how the medical industry is these days. You have to see several people before you can actually see a doctor. On the other hand, I got to be treated by Ms. Taylor Beard, P.A., she has to be the most amazing person in medicine I have met in Jacksonville. Not only was she very thorough, but she explained everything I needed to know, even tried to perform some services to make sure I was getting the appropriate care. She referred me to a specialist and the following day she called me, herself, to make sure I had made the appointment. There was also a male nurse who treated my wound, also amazing, it was a good day Very different from a doctor I had seen at Baptist South er who refused to do X-rays on my fracture foot."
