"My typical visits are generally in and out, however, this recent visit was by far the worst. Appointment was scheduled on Monday to come in on Tuesday, so when arriving I was informed that my insurance Info had changed and needed to be updated. I informed that I didn’t have the new insurance Info, but I could call and get the information. When doing so I was then told that there was a 15 minute grace period and I would need to reschedule after getting this Information which was retrieved within a 6 minute phone call. I understand that the front desk agent is new, however, that does not excuse the fact that their are senior agents at the front desk that are training her, and insurance is supposed to be verified before the initial appointment. I never got an apology from the senior agent, and this has me considering another physician. Your front desk staff says a lot about your facility and I think it’s time for fresh faces with top tier customer service"

"I was encouraged by staff to accelerate my later appointment with Dr Khadour due to possible seriousness of my concern. I reported as scheduled and due to a running nose and slight cough was told that my 15 mile drive was to no avail as the doctor refused to see me. I have been rudely hung up on by office staff in the past.. She used to be a part of a great practice."
