"Not happy with this place. Out of the blue, Dr. Eaddy cut my medication almost 20%and started pushing injections. I have had the injections before and it doesn't last. He also talked about surgery. Not happening. Found another doctor that is keeping my prescription at the dose I require to maintain my pain relief."
"After reading some of the comments, I was surprised to see several bad comments. I have been with this Pain Mgmt for almost 14 years. I have seen many doctors and some I really liked and some I tolerated. One placed a pain pump in my stomach and after it flipped twice the now gone from there doctor blamed me, then after 3 correcting surgeries it tilted again and I left it there. Sometimes I had to be stuck many times to find the top to refill. I was depressed and gained weight and really thought I would just be unhappy forever. Then I met Dr.Eaddy this man saved me! It was time for my pump to have new batteries placed he told me about a new pump, how small it was and where it would go in my back. He said it’s up to me change Batteries or new pump, he put no pressure on me and I chose new pump. He was amazing, I had some complication and had to see him the next morning, my husband drove me there and Dr.Eaddy actually came to my car to work on me. When my family called about some problems I was having he returned their call within minutes and took care of everything I needed. He always tells me when I go for a refill to remember I can call and come in anytime I need a change on my pump. I began to heal and feel so amazingly better, my pain was less and I was amazing how quickly I was getting better, even my home health nurse was stunned at the recovery and the small amount of scarring that is almost gone now, I have lost almost 30 pounds and feel like I have a new lease on life. I have never had problems talking to him and he listens to my concerns. Dr.Eaddy sit beside me and explained everything about the new pump and his goals for me and what we hope to accomplish. I will always have pain, after all my many surgeries and Lupus I don’t expect to be pain free but working with Dr. Eaddy to control what we can without me being overdosed constantly. If you are in pain and need help with it Dr.Eaddy is who you need to see. He will form a plan with you and see you through it. He might not hug you and wish you a blessed day, but he will listen to you and treat you to the best of his ability. Also, the staff is so nice I love the ones up front and the ones when you check out. Integrated Pain Service has been through many changes in the past year, but they are on the right path now in a nice building."
"I feel it is important to hear from a patient with 30 years’ experience in severe chronic pain and my experiences with this practice. Seeing the reviews I was concerned as a new patient. I have had over 23 major surgeries for trauma from GSW to auto accidents. Integrated Pain Services and especially Dr’s Eaddy and Henry have helped me more in 6 months than all the other pain management doctors in 30 years have done to reduce my pain. I highly recommend this practice and their services. I had meds reduced due to new gov regulations and my pain was no longer in control. Now the pain is reduced to manageable levels again and life is much better! They have just moved to University Blvd S and the staff has been excellent with all our interactions."
"I started going to IPS when my previous PA transferred to the practice and I originally saw him and Dr. Florete. I was very happy with my care under Alex and Dr. Florete. When Dr. Florete and Alex left, I began seeing Dr. Zhang and was also happy with my care under him. After Dr. Zhang left, I was transferred to Dr. Eddy's care. He is not as personable as some of the other physicians and PA's that I have seen but he was managing my pump to my satisfaction at first. After my visit 7 months ago, I noticed that my daily pain levels increased slightly but I assumed it was due to being more active than I have been in years. When I returned for a refill on my intrathecal pump last month, I noticed it took Dr. Eddy longer to program the refill into my pump and when I left they gave me pump printout and I found that he has reduced my daily dosage on my pump by almost 20% in the last 2 visits without informing me he was doing so and my pain levels have now increased dramatically from before. I have had the same daily dosage from my pump for almost 5 years prior to this with sufficient pain control. I understand that the doctor can make adjustments that he feels comfortable with but he should have communicated that to me so that I could either agree to a trial of a lower dosage of find a physician that is comfortable with the minimal dose I was already receiving."
"This place is GREAT!! It wasn't always this way though. They have gone through a lot of changes in the last 6 months. They've got a new place and new doctors and the pain management care I'm getting is the best I've ever had. I've been going to pain management right now for over 6 years with neck and back pain and every time I get a cortisone shot by doctor Zane (prob spelled wrong) I feel no pain and it actually works. I put my trust fully in the care of this doctor. My next appointment will be an ablation to hopefully put me out of pain for a longer period of time than the cortisone shots. Try this place out now it has changed. I wouldn't steer you wrong. Message me if you have any questions."
