She was pleasant, professional and respectful from the start. She explained to me that my insurance company processed the claim as out of network, when, in fact, Cardio Options was in-network. She told me she would do some research and make a call to my insurance company on my behalf, and encouraged me to do the same. It took multiple phone calls over a period of five months to resolve this issue. Each time I asked to speak directly to Carolyn. Every time, she picked up her phone and was patient and pleasant. Not once did she sound as if she was rolling her eyes because I was calling again. She went above and beyond to assist me in resolving this claim.
