I.M. SULZBACHER CENTER FOR THE HOMELESS

The I.M. Sulzbacher Center for the Homeless, located at 611 East Adams Street in Jacksonville, Florida, is a health institution that offers comprehensive services to those in need. These services include street outreach, daily meals, emergency housing, case management support, veteran services, job placement assistance, as well as permanent supportive housing, scattered-site housing, and a therapeutic early learning center.

The center is sponsored by LSF Health Systems LLC and the State of Florida Department of Children and Families. It offers men's services, adult health centers in Jacksonville and Jacksonville Beach, women's and family services, a pediatric health center, and administration and community engagement services.

Operated in partnership with Wolfson's Children's Hospital and Ribault High School, the I.M. Sulzbacher Center for the Homeless is dedicated to providing essential resources and support to those in need in the Jacksonville area.
