"I contacted this ABA center because they offer in-home therapy. We had the initial assessment on May 26, 2023 which was already paid by our insurance worth $840. What I don’t understand is the additional two claims that were also approved by my insurance for May 30th and June 5th ($1, 640 each). My daughter has not received the services those two days. I was told it’s because they have to do the write-up which is more than 100 pages. I called billing and just reached their voicemail. I also emailed them but haven’t gotten a reply. I was also told our insurance will be billed again when we sign the initial assessment this coming Friday, June 30th. They sent me an email this Friday and today (Sunday) reminding me that our payment is due. We decided not to use their service. Is there any way you can send me a copy of the initial assessment since our insurance had already paid for it? Update: Our insurance company confirmed your company sent three claims and those three claims were already paid. The bill you sent me shows two claims. May I ask for a DETAILED bill for all three claims? Thank you."
