"My overall experience with H2 Northside was great. My injury was a 80% year of my right rotator cuff which was repaired by the VA hospital system. The physical therapist that was assigned to me was really knowledgeable and tuned in to what was necessary to keep me progressing at a rapid pace, but knowing when to not push too hard. When we first started he made sure to let me know my limits and to not push too hard as that could do more damage than good. The environment was fun and professional. The only issue I had was with the receptionist who seemed to have an attitude and personality not suited for customer service. She really needs to work on her customer interaction skills. However I highly recommend H2 Health and my rating would have been 5 Stars if it weren’t for the receptionist."
