"Absolutely the WORST experience provided to a patient of over 20 years. After trying for weeks to get an appointment, they cancelled due to Nicole. On trying to reschedule, the day after the storm on Friday was told to call Monday. Called Monday, they didn't have access to their scheduling calendar (WTH?). Called again today: put off until the end of the month. Practically begging for help, weeks of pain, and a staffer said, "if you're unhappy with our clinic, maybe you should find another." 20 years of support, and it meant nothing to Callahan Foot & Ankle Clinic. We called another clinic, explained what was going on, and guess what? Got an appointment right away, despite their calendar being full too. Thankfully some still know how debilitating foot pain can be, and take it seriously. Callahan doesn't. Stay away."

"I have never been treated so rudely at a doctors office to the point they brought me to tears. My appointment was at 245 and I didn't understand that paperwork took 30 minutes to complete but due to traffic I didn't arrive until 240 and was told I couldn't be seen and would have to reschedule. I have no desire to ever return. If you have a receptionist who can't be nice to your clients she shouldn't be there"

"The Redhead reception was very rude and unprofessional. Had a 330 appointment, sat there for 30 minutes before she even checked me in got called back to the exam room at 4:25. Had to make another appointment. Stood there for a good 10 minutes and I had to ask her if I can make another appointment. All other employees we’re kind and respectful but the redhead reception, was very rude and unprofessional."

"Over an hour waiting in the waiting room for a 3pm appointment.. They were very proactive to tell you to be early for your appointment (3pm) I got here at 250 and waited after oaying my copay right away for 1 hour 20 minutes in the waiting room... would ir be ok to come to an appointment 1 hour a 20 minutes late and make you all wait that long for me??? This is very VERY. Unsatisfactory customer care for sure!!! I have a 3pm appointment..... its 420 all thats happened is you have taken my money(copay).. Might want to check out other places...."

"Yesterday at 3 p.m. I had an appointment at 3:30 I looked on the wall and it said they can't accept anything higher than a $20 bill so there's a lot of people there but they didn't have to wait very long there were pretty fast I'm getting people in and out so I had a $20 bill and I asked everybody if they had change for a 50 and this one person said yeah I got change for a 50 I said good you give me the change for the 50 and I'll give you this 20 well the staff heard it and everybody else heard it I need this to say I'm glad they didn't have anything to drink while I was saying it because that was funny everybody was laughing their you-know-what off great people over there I hear this I live the Middleburg I drove all the way to Riverside believe me it's well worth the drive thank you to the staff of Callahan Foot and Ankle they're amazing people they make my feet feel so much better"
