"Absolutely LOVE Mrs. Paula! This has nothing to do with her she has been incredible the last 6 years. The reason I give them a 1 star is since they switched over the the hospital, the lady at the front desk is rude at the last 3 appointments I have been to. Customer service is not in her favor at all. Also, due to the COVID-19 spike they are not allowing visitors. They didn’t once call or let anyone know. The lady at check out told me the last appointment to bring a visitor because this is my big scan. When i get here, there’s no visitors allowed. This is absolutely ridiculous that you do not contact the patients and inform them. So now my husband has missed work to have to sit outside and not be able to come in."
"I'm sorry to hear that North Florida OB/GYN, (the office of recently retired Michael Phelan), has merged with a practice that has such negative reviews. I have been a patient there since 1981 and have nothing but positive things to say. Dr Lahey has now stepped in to Dr Phelan's shoes. She has already performed a surgical procedure on me and will be doing a hysterectomy next month. I highly recommend the practice and have full confidence in them."
"I've been to this office several times and don't have any complaints about the quality of care, however I will not be return since their merge with Women's Care Florida now requires their patients to sign a binding arbitration agreement. If that's not a deal breaker for you, the facility is clean and the doctors are kind so definitely see them if your insurance is accepted there, however their merger has also changed which insurances they accept and there very few healthcare marketplace plans included in that list now which is also extremely off-putting."
"My girlfriend has gone here for two pregnancies now and this is the most unprofessional doctor office I’ve ever seen. When she says she’s having any sort of complications they always just reschedule her appt for two weeks later, causing an even bigger inconvenience, and then still just tell her she’s going to have to deal with whatever it is as it’s always something “normal” when clearly it isn’t normal to anyone else she’s spoken with that have gone through similar situations. They say doctors know best, but I would never trust these doctors’ opinions. 10/10 would never recommend"
"The staff is friendly and I always get all of my questions and concerns answered. Making an appointment is usually easily done and don't have to wait long for your appointment, but I don't mind waiting when I know I have caring people around me and doctors who can answer my concerns and make me feel safe and informed about my health. I've been to many doctors' offices and this is the only one I've ever felt 100% comfortable in and can completely trust."
