"The doctor’s great, but see the pic for more info. I’m the one with the language deficit. I’m waiting to hear back from billing to see if I want to reschedule dad’s appointment. I also see this neurologist for migraines. So, I may have to find another doctor for myself too. On February 6 I was supposed to receive a call back. There are no missed calls on my father‘s phone. There are no voicemails on my father‘s phone for this day. I was told by someone that the office manager who is the billing department left a voicemail on my dad‘s device for February 6. January 29 was the day my dad first fell and needed a CT scan. Yesterday, February 7 he fell again. I tried to call the office manager and she has a family emergency right when my dad needs to be seen within a week. So, I asked how much the no-show fee was going to be. And then I asked if I could make an appointment. Of course, with everything going on, especially with the way this office has been an argumentative and what we are dealing with legally and what I have sent in, this is not a coincidence. This is also being reported. I just wanted to give you guys a warning because the lady hung up on me when I told her I was going to contact my attorney about suing to get the no-show feedback because how am I going to get it? Dad needs to be seen within a week so I have to pay the no-show fee right? She’s on a family emergency. How else is my dad supposed to be seen and me get my money back from an argumentative company? By the way, there are two people that always talk on the phones that argue with me no matter what. That is not me. That is totally them. If any of the conversations were being recorded, please listen to them. They provoke, and I don’t know how older people can deal with them. But, since the office manager wanted to put in the notes that she left a voicemail, even though I did not have any messages on a device or a missed call. Please also check that because I’m sure you guys (above my attorney) are looking into our phone records."
"I found Dr. Parikh in 2021 when I was suffering from severe migraine headaches. He was the first neurologist to dig deeper into my symptoms and treat me as a whole patient, and not just a number. His staff has always treated me with such care and compassion as well. From Fredricka at the front desk, to his MA's and nurses. It is a great office to be receiving care from!!"
"Giving 5 stars solely on Dr Parikh and Frederica(sp?). She herself has been a breath of fresh air to that clinic since she arrived at that clinic and one of the reasons I will continue to stay. Customer service is a MAJOR factor business and she has shown nothing but compassion and kindness. Love to see these changes being made in the office. We need more Frederica’s in the world."
"I moved to Jax a number of years ago and have been in search of a good neurologist. My PCP recommended going to see this doc and upon first impressions I was very excited. I went back yesterday for my follow up visit and was left waiting in the exam room 50 minutes past my appointment time. I can very much appreciate a doctor that takes time to address their patients needs. What I can’t handle is when I’m paying a specialist $300+ for 10, 15, 20 minutes of their time and they - or their staff don’t have the courtesy to let me know that they are running behind schedule… an HOUR behind schedule. Like many, I schedule my appointments in my lunch hour and if my appointments run over I then lose money in addition to what I have to pay for my appointments. Needless to say I won’t be returning and once again the search is on for a good neurologist. Hopefully someone that will respect their patients time as much as we respect theirs."
"Been seeing Dr. Parikh for 4-5 years. I'm extremely pleased with his care."
