"I go in today for my procedure that was rescheduled from December 2023 due to office dropping the ball and not getting me in before my pre authorization expired. After all that office submitted wrong codes so I was unable to get ablation done today. Dr Linville then goes on to blame my Ins even though office manager has already admitted the mistake on their part from initial authorization in Dec. I was kicked out of office and the Dr seemed mad at me when in reality I’m the one that should be upset bc I’m the one in pain. This has been an ongoing issue ever since I picked up Ambetter. At the end DR linville said you know you can go somewhere else if you’re not happy with our care. I didn’t raise my voice or curse so why I was asked to leave was beyond me. This man is in the wrong field of work lacking empathy and compassion for his patients. Where I work if your office makes a mistake you should accommodate them in any way possible. Not at this place. You’re kicked out of the office and talked to like a dog simply for being upset. I received no apology for any wrong doings or mistakes from this facility. I have filed a grievance with Ins and will not be returning to this place. I hope one day this Dr is in pain and gets the same level of care that I have received."

"I see all the previous negative reviews, however, I have never been treated bad by this office. I have been treated with the utmost respect and courtesy while being seen here. The front office, med assistants, surgical center and Doctors have all been respectful and kind. They listen to me and help me determine the best course of treatment for me. If you are there seeking drugs, you can hang that up. If you come in and fail a urine test, they will release you as a patient. I greatly appreciate Dr. Linville, Nichole and their staff."

"This place is HORRIBLE. they are not here to help you. The staff has absolutely no bed side manner. And if you think the dr will have your side when you complain about his staff well you’re wrong. We paid a co pay for a visit to have the medication changed that won’t make my fiancé sick and they took her medication and said they will not see her cause of the way she treated the staff. Oh and she recorded the whole thing. So no she paid for an appointment to be told they won’t see her and they took her meds in which she also paid. If anyone decides to be seen here I would highly recommend you not. They are TRAY"

"Very unorganized. I had a referral from my doctor detailing why I was sent there appointment. Never received meds for pain and they only wanted to schedule shots a month out. But the shots was listed for another area of my body, not the area I was sent for. Changing pain doctor ASAP."

"Yes I had my appointment today was at 11:20 AM. I got there early at 10:40 AM. They gave me an attitude about being early after giving your life‘s information away on their tablet. It was 11 AM. I stepped out front to smoke a cigarette when I return back in just five minutes later they said oh you were called already so I sat and waited nurse Judy came out and called somebody else and gave me an attitude and said we already called you you’ll just have to wait. I said OK at 11:29 nurse Judy once again called me. I went to the room and she started to take my information. I told her that my current pain management doctor is no longer going to be excepting my insurance , I told her the medication’s I was on which is oxycodone and morphine. She said what are you here for I told her I have dual hip replacements from a gunshot wound while serving in the United States Army. I told her that I just had an artery bypass surgery on my right leg and will require one on my left leg when the holidays are over. I will schedule the surgery nurse Judy said to me well we only treat one thing at one time, so what do you want me to put down your hips your legs or your shoulder I told her well I’m here for pain management and I would like to discuss all the things that my previous pain management doctor has done. She said well I’ll just put the leg we want to dress the other issues now the physicians assistant came in to see me after that she said we don’t give those type of medication‘s here , I said well I have been on these for over two years. She said we will give injections. That’s it. I said well it was a waste of my time because I have already had injections even with my current doctor that do not work. This place is rude. I asked her why that she only had 2.9 stars on Google review she said those are old reviews. I said well you’ll have a new one today because you are very rude very ignorant and do not care about anybody’s pain at all. This place really sucks and I wish that nobody would ever go there again to be treated the way they are . They are absolutely ridiculous and this nurse Judy if she doesn’t look like a drug attic, alcoholic smoker, her self I don’t know what does she is the rudest nurse that I have ever met in my entire life and I hope this review gets her fired."
