"Excellent staff and service every time! They make an effort to make you as comfortable as possible and they listen to what you have to say so you get the best possible care. My daughter had to have blood drawn for the first time and the nurse was AMAZING. She even asked my daughter her favorite music to play on her own personal phone to help calm her nerves!"

"This office definitely lacks. I had an appointment at 4. I was brought back to a room and then spoke with a nurse. I waited over an hour for the doctor and she never came in. When I walked out the lights were off in the reception area and the waiting room. No one was out there at all. I had to unlock the front door myself to get out. I think the only way I’d go back to the Fleming Island location is if I was desperate. I’ve never had an issue at the Orange Park location. Very unprofessional"

"Was told it’s the best place to go. Not the best place to go rude on walk in, gave them my information was told I could wait and see if anyone cancels. No one canceled so they gave me an appointment, showed up for appointment and they said I have to fill out information (information I didn’t bring because they received it already) on iPad that I could have filled out while waiting the day prior while I was waiting for someone to cancel in their waiting room. She said I could check in on self pay and it starts at $500.00. I have insurance why would I pay you."
