"I was totally caught off-guard with my experience at this location and won’t be returning. The front desk clerk belching loudly without saying, “excuse me”! Having my assigned physical therapist, Mike Walker say to me while he demonstrates an exercise while I’m mimicking him blurts out, a racist comment as he did to me referencing me! Physical Therapy has nothing to do with race! With me going to this establishment with physical therapist Mike Walker there is not happening any further. I called the Corporate Office (human resource/public relations). I had to leave a voicemail. To no avail they didn’t return my call. I left a review under better business bureau but guess what, they aren’t under BBB! I’m an African American male and I’m exposing the hate! Event date: 12/22/23"
