"It took me almost a month to get an appointment and when I came on that date of appointment 10 minutes before given time I told front desk that I have an appointment at 12nn she ask me to check in with kiosk which I did I waited for like 25 mins before I ask the front desk lady if why I’m not haven’t been called yet she said I didn’t check in - though ,she was aware that I have been there before 12nn - granting that for some reason that kiosk check in didn’t go through the fact that I was already inside waiting to be called, there should be some consideration that I can be accommodated within that day rather than telling me that I need to make another appointment for rescheduling.I was so disappointed and felt bad that time because I waited for so long .My first time to experience such kind of treatment.I will never recommend this to my family and friends ."

"I’m so tired of this doctor office as a pediatrician for my kids. First the doctor I had left without warning, can’t get an emergency appointment when son is having an allergic reaction and the people are rude as ever. This is why people are starting to not want to be patients and UF health making a bad name for this hospital and doctor office. I am searching for a new doctor and pediatrician after today Here’s why this is a bad office for minor children. The Dr. Hazat brown hair with glasses. Will ask if you child is boy or girl regardless of their chart. She will discourage you from getting a lead test. My child has high level of lead so the school nurse told me to schedule with PCP. Dr. Hazat was confused as to why I would bring my child in for this. Which is sad. Then they said she gets complaints often. So why isn’t UF Health addressing this? Then we went there for another Dr. Omega Brown or not sure of her title. She seen us 40 min after our scheduled time. We were there for 2hrs and seen for 15mins. The MA gave me back my shot form with the date expiring the next day. And instead of telling me this she just gave it to me. I brought it to her attention and she was irritated that she had to type a letter. Like come on now. I can’t sent my kid back to daycare because I have an expired form because you guys didn’t have the shot and I understand the system wouldn’t let her update the date but … she should have said something! We came and got shots and still have an out of date shot record form … INSANE! Dr. Brown looked at the form and saw it expired the next day and didn’t know that was wrong.. come on ladies ! Seriously ?? Then I called patient relations to file a complaint and everyone was just rude, annoyed and didn’t seem concerned not even the least bit. So I made it official after 5 years there is no way we can return here. You guys need to do better !! Find another office guys this isn’t it! And to add again they still call a day before an appt to try to cancel like every single time …. Like clock work. Since you guys can’t handle the number of patients you receive I’ll help you out and remove 3 of us!"

"This is the WORST doctor ever. It takes 4-6 weeks to get an appt. My kids were sick with 104.2 fever. They have no appointments same day for people who.. guess what.. they get sick. My son had an astma attack. The lady booked me a wrong apt but they had no choice but to see him. I have fought with them for 2 months to get a correct prescription for my sons ASTHMA INHALER. I have NEVERRRR in my life had such a horrible experience with doctors. I will be calling my insurance to change their doctor today. Do not take your family here these people uf health DO NOT CARE. Today, my one year old was supposed to get shots . We wait an hour and a half ,then they come in and say they have to reschedule 3 months out because they don’t have the shots in stock. Then why didn’t you take 2 mins to call ahead of time and let us know before you have a baby sitting in a dirty germ filled doc office. You’re wasting everyone’s time. It’s ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE"
