"I have been going to this place for years, whoever is working the front desk now a days has horrible customer service skills. I have called 4 days asking to get a prescription prescribed to me that my DR said she would prescribe and no one can give me an answer. I also requested to have the manager give me a call and still nothing. It’s weird how I have to take time out my day to ask them to do their job. They don’t mind taking my insurance payments they need to step up their game it’s ridiculous."
