"I'd love to go to this place but I don't hear back from anyone on how to get an appointment. Both their email and phone number have no answer, does anyone know how to talk to a human about availability? Maybe someone monitors reviews?"

"I had to find a new dr, due to insurance change. Sometimes its hard to find a good dr. This place is great, from the moment I walked in everyone was very friendly. Im happy I picked Argyle family medical. They listened to me and ordered appropriate testing. Wait time was less than 15 minutes."

"I have had two vastly different experiences with this office. The first was great. The doctors pa I saw was friendly and smiling and sent needed prescriptions fast and was great overall. The second was today, same doctors p.a. Smiling and friendly and handled my concerns and said she would send prescriptions to my phamecy. When I called to enquire about when they would be sent I was told she was going to wait until lunch to send them because she had a heavy workload. When I advised the doctors office that I had to leave for work and that I was at the phamecy the lady who answered the phone advised me that she "can't just go and pull the doctor out of the room because she's in the room with a patient and that wouldn't be fair to the patient" I want to know where is the fairness to me? I was the patient first.and when I said asked this very question I was told. "Well sir nobody knew what time you had to go to work." I immediately cancelled any future appointments with them....do yourself a favor and save yourself the hassle. Do not book appointments with this office, if they'll treat me that way, they'll treat you that way."

"Been going here for probably 15 years now, never had an issue never minded phone wait times or anything of that nature. My most recent script was incorrect and it’s looking like I’ll run out before I can get any assistance. Everyone is a remote worker telling me all different things and some a little more rude than others. I’m being told policies I have never heard of and getting no return calls. I’ve been on this medicine for years and have never experienced said policies"

"I have been a patient at this locations since 2005. I absolutely love Dr Fetchero and his staff. They are kind, caring, and they remember who you are. They ask about your family and are always interested in your well being. I drive 1 hr to go see them. After we moved, I didnt want to change locations. This is how much I love this family medical center. I highly recommend this medical group."
