"Dr. Bassel and the staff at this location are excellent. Likewise, the schedulers with whom I first spoke! A doc may be great but if their staff aren’t effective it can undo the excellent service you experience from the provider. Not the case here, fortunately. Both were excellent!"

"It is impossible to make an appointment with this practice. After listening to a long loop, finally, someone answers the phone but has to take a message for an appointment setter to call you back. This happened every time I called. So, the person who answers the phone can't make an appointment, and the appointment setter doesn't answer the phone! It's exhausting!"

"was on phone 45 minutes and no one answered phone left call back number and hours later get a call from someone which tell me i have to speak to to front desk. put on hold for another 30 minutes with no answer again. if this is how this office is run i will keep looking for another doctor."

"Had a 9:10 appointment which I arrived on time for. I had prefilled out my paperwork which I have along with my ID and insurance card when I arrived, but was not acknowledged until 9:36 when I was given my ID and insurance card back. They told me I would be seen in a few minutes. It's now 9:50 and I am still in the waiting room. 9:51 and I have been taken into a room and am still alone. Really just feeling frustrated at how little this place seems to value my time. I don't care that "the doctor's time is valuable" so is mine. 9:59 the doctor came in and we had a good conversation. 10:06 I'm at the checkout window and have not been acknowledged yet. 10:08 the ladies behind the counter have been chatting and finally acknowledged me to collect my copay 10:11 I have my card back and am free to go"

"The absolute most unprofessional staff, front office and medical practitioners out there. You will be on hold for over an hour to just get the front office where they will make up excuses and be rude. Once you are at your visit the physician will make it a point to rush you over the phone and and still not get you a solution. Sent me the wrong test order to my address and had to reschedule an entire day because They messed up on the order. The doctor than tells you he is unsure AFTER he reorders something you already have. If I could give 0/0 I would. THEY ARE AWFUL!"
