"The level of arrogance and lack of helpfulness of this office leaves a lot to be desired. I left of request for appointment on their website with no call back or response, so I decided to call. The lady that answered the call instead of being helpful just said we are close today and tomorrow and are system is down. Instead of maybe saying we would love to help you and maybe write down my information to get me in as soon as possible. I guess when your business is doing well you don't need to be nice to people. Keep that up and eventually it wont do so well."

While given paperwork i was also asked if i wanted coffee or a snack. :) I was amazed by the technology and trained staff.
