"Unfortunately I was told the day before my prolia shot that they needed my calcium level. When I gave them it from late Oct they said it had to be within 30 days which had never been mentioned before so I was told to come in the next morning at the same time I was to have my prolia shot and have blood drawn which was 8-8:15 am. I told them I had another appointment at 9:00am and they assured me I would have no problem. When I arrived I was not called and by 8:40 I had to ask for the second time that I had to be seen or would have to leave. I was finally seen. I should have been inform d that they needed bloodwork of work at my last appointment"

My doctor is on top of my condition and doing everything possible to help me. I appreciate my care I've received in the winter park office."
