"To make a long story short, this office wasted hours of my time. They told me Dr. Santiago offered hard contact lenses (Dr. Hanzlik doesn't) so I spent time on the phone with my insurance company and primary care physician getting a referral and then took time off work for my appointment. When I arrived at the office for my appointment, they told me they didn't do hard contact lenses! They didn't bother calling me beforehand to let me know, they just handed me a paper with the names of two other eye doctors who apparently do hard contact lenses. Terrible service. What a waste of time."
