Besides being very compassionate and knowledgeable in his field, Dr Witt is very easy to get to know ( first visit to his office ). I know that my ankles are in good hands. "I broke my wrist in Minnesota in December 2022 and then went on vacation in Florida in February 2023. So I went to Naples Orthopedic to keep an eye on my injury. They said I needed a new cast but that I had to to pay for the cast up front. Okay no big deal. Especially when the nurse and the doctor said once my insurance paid them they would reimburse me. Well, here we are in September 2023 and after about 50 calls and numerous conversations with Sarah and Denise promising me Audrey would send me a check. I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT. Dr. Bryan Witt also said I would get the money back. I’ve even had my insurance company talk with them. But nothing. All I can assume is that Naples Orthopedic needs the money more than me. All I can say is I would not go there again. Time for an update. I finally got my check. Audrey and the staff came through as they said they would. It’s too bad this happened in the first place. I’ll upgrade to three stars."

"Would NOT reccommend, they have no options for cast for simple break, tried upselling us on metal contraption that didnt fit or secure arm, they had no other options at orthopedic Dr office or ability to xray…..at a BONE Dr office……horrible experience, wasted 4 hrs and left in worse shape than came. Not 1 star-zero…..only interested in selling equipment. Didnt call in medication….still 24 hrs later"

"My experience with DR Witt and the entire staff of Naples Orthopedics has been amazing. I entered my journey with my knee pain fearing the unknown but let me tell you the truth. After a full knee replacement and following directions I am 6 weeks post op with a range of motion at 100% I cannot give enough praise without sounding like a paid advertisement. DO ALL OF YOUR REHAB"

"Dr. Witt and the professional staff are very good. However, the front office staff are inapt. I needed to have copies of my records and x-rays sent to my doctor up north. I emailed the form for my records to be faxed as instructed by their staff and was told it would take 2-3 days to send. After a week I had to request my records again to be sent. A week later I again had to request my records to be sent and they finally were sent I then requested a disc with my x-rays be sent to me so I could deliver them to my doctor. I was charged $15 for the disc and was told it was sent that day. Two weeks later I called since I did not receive the disc. I was told another disc would be sent then I was asked if I had paid the $15 which I provided the date it was posted to my credit card. Unfortunately, I had an appointment with my doctor up north and could not provide x-rays of what Dr. Witt had done. I called again since I had not received the disc and was told that they found both discs in their office and would mail them out that day. Since I have another appointment with my doctor up north in 4 days I asked if they could express mail the discs to me. The girl I was talking to said she would need to get approval from the office manager and would get back to me by the end of the day. She never called. I called the next day to determine how the discs were mailed and was told they were sent regular mail which will not be delivered before my next appointment. I asked to speak to the office manager and was told she was in a meeting, typical, so I asked for a call back that day. As of this writing I have not heard from her or anyone in the office. Dr. Witt is good but his office staff and their lack of care offsets any positive outcomes. I strongly recommend you find another doctor as the level of frustration is not worth the excellent work Dr Witt does."
