"I called and scheduled an appointment, was told a vitamin d3 injection would be $25, came to the appointment, filled out their long and unnecessary questionnaire, then was informed after all that that the vitamin d injection I made an appointment for requires a medical visit, that you have to pay for that was an additional $50. Mind you, I informed them of labs that I had drawn from my doctor that showed my vitamin d levels. Their plea in trying to finagle $50more out of me was that the doctor wants to “see the patient” to make sure that they qualify for things etc. According to my experience, that is not the case. They just must’ve not liked that I only brought them $25 of services. I’ll never come here again"
