"Busy place as Urgent Cares can be, but this is a first-class place. Super people, individual attention, and they went beyond the typical UC by ordering a Molecular Pathology Report. That is more sensitive than the in-office test, and revealed I had had COVID and the Flu and now had a bacterial infection. Great work!"

I saw the nurse before seeing the doctor and she was pleasant, professional, and caring. The doctor was very pleasant and professional. The entire experience was very good. This was the 2nd time I used this facility and was treated well both times. This was a perfect alternative to waiting for an opening with my doctor."
"My experience at Physicians Region Urgent Care Facility was outstanding! Unfortunately, there was a bit of a wait, but the office Mgr was very kind! She was having a difficult time finding me in the Medicare system, but kept trying until she was successful. Other facilities might have tried once, and said sorry and out you go! When the nurse, who was also great, brought me to the doctor, he was knowledgeable, made a great diagnosis, and had a wonderful attitude toward his patients. I highly recommend this facility!"
