"Went for pre-op today. Not impressed. Medical equipment stored in the hallways. No quiet room to do pre-op. Felt like I was in a storage closet. No consistency of information between doctor, medical equipment company & surgery center. Very unprofessional setup. Not looking forward to the experience."

"The staff and facility are top notch! They are literally by your side every step of your surgery or procedure day. All staff I encountered were super friendly and helpful, not just to me as the patient, but to one another as well. Constant communication between you and among other staff members. So what if they are running a little behind on time. As a previous commenter said, it’s a surgery center and things happen. The patient prior to you may have required a additional time for some reason. Don’t worry you will also get the same personal care as the previous patient! Also, post op I experienced an infection. I was having trouble contacting doctors office. So I called Premier, the staff listened to me and contacted the doctor. Within an hour I had heard from the doctors office and my problem was taken care of. Thank you for listening and helping me resolve the matter quickly. The staff at Premiere truly lived up to their promises!"

"It's a surgical procedure office. Doctors run behind. Get over it, people. Stop complaining and giving one star to a place who has amazing nurses, great doctors, and a friendly, very competent staff. They deserve 5 stars all around. I've had over 18 procedures completed there, and it has been a wonderful experience each and every time. If you're going to get a surgical procedure done, expect to wait when there are people ahead of you and stop complaining. It only brings down their public rating, while they are nothing but a 5-star facility and staff! You people who gave one star are just complainers who are never happy with anything, so don't take that out on this facility. Fix your own problems in life and be better people."
