"Very poor service unless you have an appointment. There are many doctors available, but lazily sit around until they're appointment arrives. I used to love this facility. The staff is lazy. Go elsewhere."

"Worst experience I've had in any medical office. I waited a total of 2 hours without seeing a provider, when I asked reception for a timeframe guesstimate, I was cut off and met with attitude multiple times. I then was told I had to "check out" and pay for my services - that I didn't receive. I paid my bill, called the next day and left a voicemail to have my claim reversed as I didn't not see a medical provider - 2 weeks went by with no response. I called again and spoke with someone and she told me my claim was now going to be reversed. I called again 6 weeks later, my claim was never submitted for reversal. I left a voicemail for the billing and office managers, we'll see if I get a call back before I have to get my insurance involved."

"Went to advanced medical for a Dot medical card worst experience every.The girl on the phone said it would be $140.00. Then the physician assistant came in and tells me I have to do other test that would be more money. The worst part about it is. It took an 1 hour and 48 minutes And there was only 4 people in the waiting room."
