"Ibe lived here all my life Lee Health is best health care giver ive ever had. Their care of all the staff from receptionist to nurses Doctors are the best anywhere. Nurse Bria, My Doctor Taylor McCarty family doctor are thee best I highly recommend Dr. McCarty as a DO he is much more holistic in approach to medical treatment and has caught and treated other MDs have missed recently I was treated for hepatitis c that an MD missed referring me to Adult Infectious Desies Doctor Mynt Kno whos staff and Doctor Know got me cured and stayed by my side through whole procedure as opposed to the MD that discovered in 2017 i needed to be treated but ignored the results of the fasting blood work.I can now donate my o- and be a organ donar. Thanks to all at Lee Health"

"Today I was at the sanctuary lab and witnessed something I thought was not professional at all. There was a patient in a wheelchair and she was in the bathroom yelling she couldn’t get out of her chair and needed some assistance. The young lady in room 6 (I think her name was triana)asked a lady who came out of Rm 5 if the patient in the restroom was hers. The lady in rm 5 proceeded to tell her that she had back problems and kept walking like she didn’t care. I thought it was so rude to say that especially when there were multiple patients around. The young lady triana helped that poor woman in the restroom until she was done. That other lady should be ashamed of herself and her attitude was not pleasant. She needs to be reprimanded or given some sensitivity training cause it was highly inappropriate and rude but mostly unprofessional."

"Had a referral made for my mother to be seen back in March 2023. Was finally scheduled for October 2023 visit. Rude staff member at the intake desk. Was never notified that my mother had to bring in her glucose monitor with her. Had to call and confirm her appointment myself. No call system and no text system to confirm appointments which is rare at this day and age."
