"I would love to give a 5 star plus review as I have been here once before. The PT was amazing and worked really hard to get me through my rehabilitation. Everyone was wonderful! Unfortunately this time was not good at all. Different PT, different rehabilitation. Said she wasn't able to help me as she didn't know what was wrong even though the order from the doctor was there. I feel like I wasn't even given a chance. Very disappointing."

"!!BEWARE!! Outrageous charges!! one 15 min Occupational Therapy session is $617.59, one 5min session (which they charge in 15min increments) ultra sound is $506.24. Who can afford this? Especially if you haven't met your deductible. This is even crazy to expect insurance companies to pay these prices even if you are lucky and have a low deductible. Luckily, I wasn't happy and stopped going after 3 sessions before I found out what they were charging. Upon my first visit I made a payment and I was led to believe charges would be minimal. of course they couldn't give me an exact amount of what I would be charged when I asked during my visit. I have found another great PT location who has rehabbed my shoulder at a fraction of the price."
