"I came with a bad cough and upper respiratory infection symptoms. They said it was most likely viral since strep test came back negative and to ride it out. I came back the next day after having a really difficult night and feeling worse and requested an antibiotic. Nurse practitioner Heidi gave me an antibiotic prescription to fill in 1 week if I’m not feeling better. Paperwork says upper respiratory infection but won’t prescribe antibiotic for another week. I asked her to reconsider since I have 2 little kids and I can’t feel like this for another week. She said no and walked out the door with zero empathy or emotion. Upon the things she did prescribe were steroids (which I never take because I’m breastfeeding) and allergy medication when I’m 100% sure I have an infection. Flu and Covid came back negative as well. I hope I don’t have to come back. Everyone else was so nice and they see you very quickly. Unfortunately, my issue was not resolved and I’m looking for other options so that I can feel better."

"Christmas Eve 2023 I was suffering with a severe sinus infection and cold. I reluctantly went to Lee Convenient Care on Metro. Upon entering the facility I was greeted with smiles, the wait was short and all staff were exceptional. I especially appreciated Tyler Spradling, DO and his thorough and caring manner. I am a senior and had previously experienced a very negative experience at a different walk in facility. I am so happy I found Lee Health @ Metro."

"I had to make an urgent care visit at this place for my 8 year old and let me tell you how great the staff was. Everyone greeted with a smile and made my visit calm and handled my son’s treatment with a great care. My son was treated by Catherine and she was amazing and very people friendly. Other staff members were also great. Despite what others have reviewed about this place, it’s best urgent care I visited in a long time. I know most people want to be in and out quick for their health need but I think a little extra care from staff goes long way."
