MD Now Urgent Care - Lehigh Acres

"I’ve been here for 2 hrs already and still waiting. Yes I am writing this review while I’m still here, waiting and frustrated as ever. I won’t gonna go back here anymore. Half of my time today has been wasted thanks to MD now Lehigh Acres. Take note, this is only for employment purposes. They have online forms and paper works and waiting time has been so stressful. Worst clinic I’ve ever been to so far. If you don’t wanna waste your time, go look for other urgent care clinics around."

"If less than 1 star was acceptable I would use that. Past experiences brought my thought process to sign in online and wait for the text. I got a text confirming I was in line. I waited 1 1/2 hours with no other text so I called the office. Was told it was a 2 1/2 hr wait. I waited and got a text at 11:17 am showed up 13 min later and was told there were 7 people in front of me. At 8:43 am I checked in and I am still sitting waiting at 1:43 pm to be seen! What's the point of checking in online?"

"Patient care and staff relations were fine - no issues there. But the waiting! Waiting an hour to get paperwork for discharge was ridiculous. Facilities need updating and painting badly. No soap in bathroom, doors are dirty, no paper on exam tables - just overall needs $$ and attention. Front office space was nice though....."

"The front desk receptionist did not make me feel welcomed at all. As a health care professional and majority of any public professional it is my opinion to uphold a professional standard when dealing with customers and/or clients whether you like them or not. Every employee no matter what level your on represents the company and based off the professionalism of the person reflects the quality and culture of the company. My experience with this office visit has been very uncomfortable when I gave my respect as a person to another person. The rest of the employees were different from the receptionist they valued me as a client and treated me with respect. Though there be one bad apple on the tree the whole tree still remains fruitful."

"Tonight was my first visit and I could not be more pleased. Everyone was pleasant and caring and I felt that Dr. Lampell truly listened and did not minimize my. problems. He quickly identified the source of my pain. Yes, I did have to wait longer than I would at my primary doctor’s office but I was a walk in and it was late afternoon. When I called, the person I talked to was completely honest about the possible wait time. I’m really happy with my Lee Health doctor but it’s comforting to have this urgent care clinic close to home."
