"Used the "wait at home" feature and it was wonderful and worked extremely well. Received updates about every 30 minutes. Staff was extremely friendly and Dr. MacVenn was fantastic. I highly recommend this Urgent Care location."

"Highly recommend! I saw PA Danielle Dreyer and she was very knowledgeable about my medical history and went beyond the care that I have ever seen in an outpatient care facility. She explained why she needed blood tests in order to safely treat me with meds I needed. Advised me of what med that I needed to not use during treatment of new prescriptions. ( which was recommended by my doctors office) She was very impressive, caring and professional- she accessed my NCH portal and added her notes, orders and instructions for my doctor. While having over 15plus more patients to see after 5pm. EVEN texted me a prescription code that saved me $$$$. I must say that the whole staff was A-plus professional- as I watched them deal with some very rude impatient people. Danielle - thank you so very much! You are truly at the top of your field in health care!"

"Great Urgent Care clinic from the receptionists to the doctors to the entire medical staff. They care, they listen, they communicate and they follow-up. Best to call ahead (can be done on line) to get on the waiting list. Then they text when it’s getting close to the time to see you. No need to sit in a waiting room for hours like other clinics. I saw PA Laura and she did a thorough job to medically investigate my issues. As it turned out, those tests she ordered were important to find an issue early. Doctor Cox and the rest of the medical staff followed up with calls on my results and helping me to get a medical plan to move forward. I was surprised how much time they took to follow up. It was all very well done and it gave me confidence that we have good urgent medical care nearby if ever needed again. Thanks!"

"I just got home from my visit at NCH Urgent Care on Vanderbilt, and WOW, it is such a relief to know that this place exists! The staff there today was beyond remarkable. From the patient, helpful, and kind woman at the front (beautiful glasses! I didn't catch your name!) to my nurse (I think it's Samantha!), to the most wonderful PA, Laura Kawadja, to my blood draw nurse (from Maine! I didn't catch her name!), everyone was wonderful. I came in so worried, after being sick for almost 2 weeks, and the care that I received was very thorough. I am so used to doctors/staff being dismissive and not hearing patients, but I felt so heard, and Laura was the best problem solver and helped look deeper into the issue, that I think other doctor's would've missed. Thank you all for working on a Sunday- kudos to you for having such a wonderful team in place there today!!!"
