"So happy we went here, very friendly staff and Casey went above and beyond to help with the scheduling and coordination with the specialist office"
"Been to this place several times. Each time you have to wait long after your appointment time only to speak to the doctor for 5 minutes because they're always in a rush and you can barely ask any questions. Yesterday I tried following up with Dr. Ramirez after he recommended me a sketchy physical therapist and ended up having to wait almost 2 whole hours after my appointment time before even seeing him. I ended up leaving before even seeing the doctor and had to get a co-pay refund. I figured I'd rather save my money from the co-pay and not wait 2 hours to have the doctor talk to you for 5 minutes then push you out. Go elsewhere unless you want them to waste your time."
"Do not go to this place. They are rude and unprofessional. Receptionist won't even glance up at you while you sign in. If you're patient enough to stick around half hour or more after your appointment time, don't worry- you'll just have to wait even longer in the examination room for the doctor. When the doctor finally comes in (I saw Dr. Ramirez), he'll be in and out so quick you won't have the chance to open your mouth and ask a question he can't answer. He clearly doesn't give a damn about his patients. Very disappointed in this place."
"Dr Ramirez has been wonderful as is his staff. I just moved to Florida recently and unfortunately have had two situations, unrelated, that have required care. I am lucky to have found Dr. Ramirez and have been very happy with the care I have received. I have never found the wait time to be unreasonable and have found both Dr Ramirez and his team to have been responsive both in person and over the phone."
"Over my military career I had 3 knee surgeries and since retiring I have had very bad knee pain. I decided to go see Dr. Ramirez for an opinion outside of military hospitals since my last military orthopedic surgeon told me that I needed a knee replacement. I waited well over an hour at the office before Dr. Ramirez came into the room. He did a 30 second exam of my knee and said I needed to get an MRI. He also said I needed to wear a knee brace and that he was going to "go get it and be right back." 15 minutes later a nurse (not Dr. Ramirez) came into the room and told me to try on a knee brace. I told her it fit and she said "ok you're good to go."--no instruction about when to wear the brace or anything; I didn't see Dr. Ramirez again even though he said he would be right back. I had to ask the lady at the front desk where/how to make an MRI appointment. After my MRI I went back to the office to follow up with Dr. Ramirez and waited another hour to be seen for a mere 2 minutes with the doctor. This time the doctor told me that I need injections in my knee and that he could order them that day and have them tomorrow.... that was 11 weeks ago! Since then I have called them multiple times asking when I can get the injections and every time a woman at the office has told me that she had to call the prescription into the pharmacy because their fax machine was broken. It has been 11 weeks and I am still having a lot of knee pain but Dr. Ramirez is too busy to give a damn. I even called the office to tell them that I was going to find a different doctor and then didn't even try to convince me to stay or ask me why I was going to see somebody else! I can't believe the way that they treat a disabled veteran! Do not go to this orthopedic office!"
