"First couple appointments went great. I have been ill for a year now. Seeing many specialist. I have worked my entire life and didn't plan on getting sick. I am drawing long term disability through my employer.The ARNP said she will not fill out any paperwork for them. But yet my labs were so abnormal she said she is not used to seeing so many abnormal results in my previous visit. I didn't ask to get sick, I am fighting to get back to work but the healthcare system here is horrendous"

"Today I was told that Rachel Gregoroff is not with South County Medical Center anymore. If that's true I wish someone from the office informed us about that so we not be in a situation that we can't get an appointment soon enough to get prescriptions refill before running out of medication. And I'm talking about a diabetic person with high blood pressure."

"The most rudest front desk staff ever. I don't understand how can you treat people with such attitude and disrespect. I bring my parents to the South Center office and the only reason the we go back to that office is because Rachel Gregoroff is there and she is amazing with my parents and she is the nicest person, she listens and understands with care. Rachel Gregoroff deserves 5 stars but the front desk staff needs to go."

"I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early. I was brought into exam room within a couple of minutes of my appointment, however; once in the exam room I waited close to 40 minutes to see a nurse practitioner who was not the same nurse practitioner that saw me less than two months ago. My time is valuable as is everybody’s time so this was very frustrating I felt like my time was no concern to the staff I called the number in your response and after being transferred from person to person, nobody knew who the "patient/employee relations coordinator" was. Wow, ...just wow"

"The front desk staff is absolutely rude and disrespectful to patients. I am a front desk employee as well and would never think to imagine treating clients or patients with the level of attitude and disrespect this office staff does. I pitty all the elderly and anyone who has to deal with them. I cant speak much for the drs as Each visit i have seen a new doctor ad they cant seem to keep a steady Doctor on staff either."
