Reviews
"I have to start this review by saying that it is not in any way a condemnation of the care my partner receives from APRN Kate Leon. Kate is amazing, competent, and caring. The office staff, however, is the very definition of incompetence. They give kind service, but what good is that when they are incapable of getting anything done? If you choose to use this facility you had better pray that you never require any medication urgently. My partner has had IV antibiotics sent to the wrong pharmacy twice in two months. It had repeatedly taken over a week for the scrip to be sent to the right area. This last time, the pharmacist literally called to try to rectify the situation and the office was still unable to complete the request. My partner has literally been hospitalized tonight as a result of their failure. If it weren’t for Kate, we would have switched already and as it stands it is still a strong consideration. I am actually appalled at the continuing failure. Good luck to those who choose to go here."
"The ladies upfront are very friendly and personable. The nurses are wonderful as well . However ARNP Patricia Pamas ; walked in confusing my mother (the patient) with someone else . She didn’t wash her hand before touching her . She was very rude and sarcastic, continuously cutting her off when speaking . When my mother told her why she was being seen . Her response was as if my mom was being dramatic. She then went on to ask (the patient) what does she want her to do instead of telling her what needs to be done. She didn’t seem to care much as all and rushed (the patient ) out. She told her what she thinks it could be but didn’t even bother to tell her why , what can be done and what to look for . I myself had to intervene. Very bad experience with ARNP Patricia Pamas and WE never want her again"
"Dr. Pham will read your insurance type before any of your medical information to see what kind of care you get. I came in for neck pain on one side and feeling a lump/swelling. Without doing any sort of exam she ordered brain scans and wanted to send me to neuro without taking any of my concerns seriously. I am immunocompromised and thought I was developing an infection-which was confirmed when I went to an urgent care down the road which did blood tests and a physical exam revealing my lymph nodes were swelling due to the infection. She will not look up at you from her computer and will only try to get you to do expensive tests without doing any basics. Edit: exam/basics such as viewing the area, listening to my heart/lungs, trying to feel/touch/confirm a lump were all skipped. She came in, sat down, refused to listen, and left."
"Teresa, Kaliyah (helped by Jennifer) who works at the medical front desk, was immensely helpful in managing my parents' appointments and referrals. Her courteous and informative approach to answering all my queries was commendable. She truly is a valuable member of the Advent Health team."
"Had a visit back in August and have been meaning to leave a review. This was our first visit and I just want to say the facility was beautiful. I was impressed to see so many services all under one roof. I visited on a Saturday and was greeted right away by Anne, very friendly. Check in was a breeze! She even walked us to our room. Jason greeted us in the room, I was so happy he spoke spanish because my family member only spoke spanish so it made the visit go even smoother. Patricia was our Nurse Practitioner and she was wonderful. I really felt like she cared and really took the time to listen. I wanted to send a big thank you to all for leaving such a lasting impression on us all. We will be back for sure."
