"Whoever answered the phone today at 1:39 pm lacks of customer service skills. That lady was hostile and rude. People like that shouldn’t work at customer service places. Horrible place Update: Although you did not apologize here for your employee behavior I must inform you that at the same time I did the review I also sent you an email, if after reading it you still think that your employee was not rude, I must tell you that you like to cover up rude employees. I am not the first or only one people who aren’t satisfied with some of your staff behavior. But anyway take how you want it."

"I was seen today by Dr. Choi and his staff for a case of acute viral bronchitis. I was seen very quickly by a friendly and courteous staff, and Dr. Choi was extremely efficient and helpful. It so happens that I’m only visiting the Sarasota area on vacation, but if I lived here, Dr. Choi would be my primary care physician. I am very happy at the excellent quality of care that I received, and can unhesitatingly recommend Dr. Choi and Fruitville Urgent Care."

"I have been coughing for almost 2 weeks and decided that I should go to the urgent care to be seen. The physician assistant, that I saw listened to me and said that it was probably bronchitis, and that he would give me a Z-Pak. I asked him if he would give me cough medicine or what I could get over-the-counter and he told me that he was not a big fan of cough medicine. I asked what I could get over the counter that would help with the cough and again he told me he was not a big fan of cough medicine. At that point I told him that I didn’t really care what he was a big fan of, that I just wanted something to relieve the cough. Then he walked out of the room, and I thought he left. So I got up and left and was waiting at the counter for my Z-Pak and he came out and said that since I had got up and left, he wasn’t going to give me anything. I’ve been to this urgent care a few times and never had this kind of experience. I also own a company and I send my employees here from time to time. I will never come back here again and I would recommend that you not either. It was a terrible experience and I left only hearing that I had bronchitis but was given nothing to help."
