"If I could give a "0" star I would. I have been trying to make an appointment at this clinic with no success. The staff has poor customer service etiquette. The hold time is over 10 minutes and it has been a back-and-forth with this clinic. If this is the staff I can't imagine the doctors. If you are not a people person you are in the wrong field."

She liaised with every service i needed and took care of insurance referrals, etc. Dr. Gayal responds quickly with requests for refills and other problems. Of course there are some delays when dealing with other offices and services, but they try their best to resolve issues as quickly as possible."
