"I had such a great experience at this location with Beth Rogers! She took me as a walk-in almost immediately after her lunch break after being turned away from another location on temple terrace where I was already scheduled to see a nurse practioner. Being highly upset that the temple terrace location did not uphold their 10 minute appointment grace period as I was instructed about via the minute clinic customer service line when I called to say I'm here on time in the area and I see the minute clinic location, but was finding a hard time getting over to it due to the traffic pattern for that area. I ended up scheduling the first available appointment at this location on Dr. Martin Luther King since it was the only opening and I could not wait another day because the information was due the next day. Special thanks to the Area Quality Lead Amanda that I had no idea I was talking to until she told me at the end of our conversation. She ensured me that my experience is not a typical one and she would make sure the issue I had was handled. And to take it a step further, Beth found a way to get me taken care of pretty much on the spot. It was my daughter's birthday and I didn't live close to either location, and not to mention, the weather was yucky outside, so the service Beth provided to get me in and out quickly was amazing. I was so thankful! Thanks Amanda and Beth, I really appreciated both of you!"

"I would like to compliment the wonderful employee who assisted me in the Minute Clinic on October 4th. I came in scared, in pain, and in tears, not sure what to do, just feeling awful. Luckily for me you had Beth Rogers, NP working this morning at the W DR MARTIN LUTHER KING JR BLVD SEFFNER, FL location. She quickly got to work helping me feel better and understand what was happening. Beth was incredibly empathetic and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what to say to calm me down. She prescribed me the right antibiotics and got the tests I needed in progress right away!! She was very thorough explaining everything in a way I would understand, gave me pointers on how to feel better faster, how to take the medication correctly, and tips to avoid any future problems. Beth is a superstar who was there for me during a very difficult time. I can't thank you enough for having somebody like her on staff."

"Dr. Rogers is absolutely amazing. It’s hard to find doctors who truly care about your well being especially if you have no insurance and this woman was so kind caring and goes above and beyond to make sure you are as healthy as you need to be. Provides so much knowledge and makes you just feel safe and well taken care of. If you need to see a doctor and don’t have insurance she is the best to go to. 10/10 recommend!"

"Really great service! The nurse that did the check in and vitals was very thorough and friendly. Dr. Lilly was very compassionate and really took her time to address my problem. I had to call the Minute Clinic when I was having an issue with my insurance not covering one of the prescriptions. Dr. Lilly called me back right away and was able to send another Rx to my pharmacy immediately. I am so impressed at how much the staff at this Minute Clinic went out of their way to help me. Would definitely recommend this clinic."

"To be honest, I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised! When I checked in, I put my cell number in to receive updates about waiting times. This was incredibly useful so I didn't have to physically wait in the waiting room the entire time. The nurse practitioner really took her time and was thorough in her examination of my daughter. We even received a call the following day to check how she was feeling. Very impressed!"
