"I have received so many calls, texts and emails from this company I had to block their # from calling. Calling me on Christmas Day, multiple times a day.. I have emailed and texted the agent who keeps contacting me with no response. I finally called and someone answered and he kept trying to change the subject requesting my full information and vin # when I asked how they had my information. He finally told me my information was sent from “quote storm” stating my information most likely was sold when I asked him to repeat the name of the company he hung up on me. I don’t care if they had the best rates in town, their lack of customer service and harassing amount of phone calls is concerning."

"I've used them for 15 years and they've been very good to me when it came to me paying my bills. But in May 2023, I went to talk to the new owner. I consider her the new owner because I was a client before she was in control. But I went to talk to her about my work. And she didn't give me a second of her time. And I realize this company does care about their clients for 15yrs unless I am paying them money. The original owner was much kinder and more polite. And that is what originally attracted me to this company. Now I don't know what to this except to start looking for another local company and see if their own treats its clients better."
