"Spoke to a Stephanie Marshall that was just nothing but rude and disrespectful the whole entire time while she was on the phone giving my father an insurance quote. The level of unprofessionalism was super disgusting and disappointing. We ended up not moving forward with her or this company, just imagine going through a claim with them after they showed how they handle the customer on the phone . Horrible, I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"In December 2018 I went into ARA United Inc to obtain health care on the marketplace as I did not want to be penalized for not having health insurance. The agent Poornima M. assisted me in the Riverview Fl office. She inquired about whether I had Obama Care in the past. Yes, I did. Approximately in May or so I received a health insurance bill for $700 odd dollars. Since I had moved recently to Fl and not working regularly, it didn't make sense to me so I called the Marketplace and was informed the paper work submitted indicated that I had completed my 2017 taxes which was not the case. The kicker on top of that was the Marketplace rep proceed to inform me that the penalty for not having health insurance was phased out in the year 2019. This omission was neglectful and irresponsible for the duty of the agent in representing the public. This recent change is the laws governing health insurance was not disclosed by the agent at ARA United. My attorney will be drafting a letter for the record to the agent and ARA United Inc corporate office."
