"Nicole the PA and her nurse and the receptionist-all caring individuals!! Received exactly the meds needed to combat strep and within 24 hrs feeling on the road to recovery. So thankful!"
"Fast and friendly. BUC got me in the road to recovery from a sinus infection within 30 minutes while ruling out flu and Covid. So glad I went."
"BayCare Urgent Care is fantastic! I went in due to slipping as I was getting out of the shower, I was in so much pain, but the minute I walked in I was greeted with the friendliest person ever! The whole staff were all fantastic, and very professional. I ended up having a fractured rib. So happy I went to that urgent care! Thank you all for such a great care!"
"When you enter an urgent care usually you’re in pain or have something going. The first face you se in a business is the first impression. When that person is rude and I understand people have bad days and I’m always patient. I had a severe burn and wanted to be seen, I handed over my insurance card and the woman at the front desk told me I didn’t have insurance and waved me off. I have coverage by the insurance companies just to be clear. When I thought she wouldn’t help me and not take a moment to figure out why she couldn’t see my insurance….. I told her I’d go to the ER which is a waste of resources because it was not an emergency, but I was desperate obviously. She said fine. I walked outside to call my insurance company who then placed a call to the urgent care to try to help me because I have insurance and no one can tell me why the front desk couldn’t see it. I was told go back in, which i did. and knew this woman would be awful and she was, she made me wait till she was good and ready and when she was I wasn’t allowed to ask anything but I was seen soon the after. The doctor or PA was nice and took care of my issues. I went to pay my copay and was promptly told I did not have one I tried to say yes I think I do but she was impatient and said no. Ridiculous. I received a phone call at 7 pm telling that yes in fact I had a copay….. no really? I paid promptly. I will never go back to that place nor my family because if you can’t take the time to deal with a patient who was trying to explain through some pretty severe pain, I don’t want to support that nor will I ever recommend the services to anyone else. I’m supposed to follow up but I imagine there are 25 other urgent cares or primary care offices who are good at checking people in and being at the very least somewhat friendly. I left with an awful feeling and that isn’t how any type of business should want patients leaving. And then the phone call ……so unprofessional. It’s insurance it’s not calculus and a simple call to confirm or verify my status would have cleared everything up quickly and the fact that she was unwilling or anything not even to double check the system is beyond my understanding. I would bend over backwards to make sure I was correct and found a solution to the very small issue instead of being accusatory and loud in a waiting room over insurance to which I could have provided the other two providers had she let me. Lesson learned once that happens leave and find somewhere with good reviews and a great staff."
"The staff cut our visit short! The PA stepped out and said I will be back, a staff member brought the summary papers to us and she said that is it. Later at the pharmacy when I went to pick up the prescription, and after waiting and wasted so much time we found out that the summary and prescription papers belong to another patient!!!!! I had to make multiple phone calls to get a hold of the PA and to see if she prescribed something Worse I paid $145 so they can treat the blisters but they only recommended that we see a primary care physician!!! As if I don’t know how to go see one! I was searching for a good treatment not a useless referral or recommendation Their service doesn’t even worth a dollar"
