"If I could give zero stars I would! I will never go here again. Been 2 times now and both not good experiences. First one, they sent me to the ER which turned about to be nothing. Second time, I called ahead to see if they could drain fluid from my knee and the person on the phone said "yes, of course we can do that" but when I saw the Doctor he said he couldn't/wouldn't. I told him what happened and they sent me on my way but still billed me for the visit! They're all about getting money from you! I recommend BayCare Urgent care as a more professional (and caring) alternative."

"If I could rate negative stars, I would. It will not let me post "zero stars" so sadly they still get one star. I used the online appointment before I showed up. I sat there for an hour, being that it was new years day, I didn't inquire about the wait time. Then a patient walked in and was seen immediately. I was sitting 6' from the receptionist the whole time. She said, "I needed to notify her that I completed the forms". The other desk receptionist said that she would receive notification and that I did not not to come back up. They did not say sorry or tried to correct the fact I sat there sick for an hour. They did not offer to get me back right away. They wanted me to wait longer, so I left being that I am a firm believer in "fool my once shame on you philosophy. I will never go back and neither should you. I left a similar google review for the TGH urgent care by Armature works. I sat there for over an hour with no patients. Then the doctor came who was was having a business meeting and sent away her contact. I will never go to a TGH urgent care again."
