"They are not good with their patients at all. I had to go in twice to give a sample because they contaminated the first one and now won’t even give me the results of the second test and it has been over a week. I’ve called multiple times and all I get is “you’ll hear from us” and they hang up. I’m not one to typically leave reviews unless a place is really good but this was just a terrible experience."

"To begin with I was very impressed with this practice. It was convenient and everyone was very friendly. However, fast forward to today. I ran out of my blood pressure medication two days ago. I contacted the pharmacy 2 days before I ran out. I called the practice and the refill line instructed me to contact the pharmacy and that they would reach out to my doctor for a refill. I did exactly that. I have been calling the pharmacy daily and they have not heard anything on a refill for a medication I could literally die without. I tried to call the practice yesterday and the phone rang and rang no one answered. Today I called again because still no word at the pharmacy and I pressed the make an appointment option because I knew at least someone would answer. The woman who answered says oh you need an appointment before we can refill your medication. It’s been 6 months. So I’m like why hasn’t anyone contacted me!?!? I have no problem going in for an appointment but I didn’t know I needed one. In the mean time tho I could have a stroke or worse without this medication. I am appalled that a doctors office would take such risks with someone’s life! I will be going in for my appointment on Monday and then looking for another doctor."

"The staff was very welcoming. They made me feel as if i were part of the family. I did have a concern with a bill i received and the manager went above and beyond to resolve my issues. It has been a complete turnaround from about a year ago when i was thinking of switching my PCP."

"Made a last minute appointment with 3 kids. They got us in quickly, managed all three kids efficiently and got us out of there with no hold ups. Best experience we've had! By the way, nurse administering shots is the best in town. If your hear kids gobbling, don't be concerned....it works!"

"Find another medical group. I made an appointment 2 months in advance to see Jose Pizarro and after arriving on time around 3:30, In sat in the lobby for 20 minutes or so when I was called back up to the counter and informed that the 2 patients that went in front of me were new patients, who take longer, and that my wait would be approximately another 2 hours. There was no way I was waiting another b2 hours and left. Serious management and scheduling issues, poor management to say the least."
