"Do NOT allow Dr. Christopher D. Muller to do any procedures on you. After a septoplasty and turbinate reduction, he did not prescribe any antibiotics--and big surprise--there has been a very difficult infection ever since. This procedure was done over a month ago, and besides fighting infection with THREE courses so far of antibiotics, stuff is still coming out of the nose. Some of it is hard like cartilage! Dr. Muller doesn't seem to have any concerns about this and is dismissive. He hasn't thoroughly explained why this is all happening. He simply doesn't seem to care very much. At one point, he even said, "I don't see any sign of infection" instead of sounding concerned. A blood test after that comment done separately confirmed there indeed was/is an infection. The signs are all there, Mr. Muller, between the strange discharge, the constant tired feeling, headaches, painful throat (confirmed not strep), and even low-grade fevers nightly for the past week. He said there isn't a need to give antibiotics as a precaution, and I'm no doctor, but I feel that's wrong. The nose is a gateway for germs and you just roto-rootered it. After a foot surgery, the podiatrist gave antibiotics, so why not an ENT giving them after a sinus/nose surgery? Do not trust your health to this guy. Please find another ENT office all together."
"The appointment itself was fine. The fact that I was quite ill and had to wait for over a month and travel an hour, one way, for it was not so fine. The aftercare though was abominable! I was sent for a CT scan of my sinuses to determine the complete diagnosis. The tech throughout the scan kept asking if I'd ever had cancer...before? Which made me terrified that I had it now! I called the doctor's office the next day and requested he call me to answer that plus he had yet to give me anything for my sinus infection. He didn't call. After the weekend, I call his office again. Again, I was assured he would call back. He didn't call. He in fact never called, but on Wednesday morning one of his staff finally called to say he was phoning in a prescription as he had determined I had a sinus infection! I knew that upon arrival nearly a week earlier!! There was no mention of cancer and I had to specifically ask for that to to be confirmed. I used to go to Dr. Donnally when he was with his previous associates and this was never how I was treated! I've even had nasal surgery from him and he always had excellent patient care and follow-up. I cannot say just how disappointing this 'new' method he has apparently adopted is to me! It is so distressing, I will not go back and will find an ENT specialist who has the time and inclination to care properly for their patients."
"Amazing ENT office. Doctors are great and nurses are so caring. They went out of their way to get me the appointment I needed in a timely manner. LOVE THEM!"
"Wonderful experience with Dr Donnelly and staff. Zero wait time. Cheerful and professional staff. The doctor was absolutely the kindest ,warmest doctor I have ever seen. Listened to my concerns with genuine interest and addressed them all with compassion and professionalism."
"Very good experience. Check in was easy, had a small wait time and the doctor was able to see me in less than 10 minutes. Dr. Donnelly explained all of the possible issues and then performed the test, taking time to explain the results to me at the end of the visit. Check out was smooth. Overall, this office was very attentive and thorough."
