"Not positive experience when visited The tech who attended took the bp, showed error, did not bother to take it again or get another machine to retake the bp, just said, its malfunctioning. Was there almost 2 hours and seen only for 5 minutes. The doctor was focused on other issue, despite medical and surgical history presented. She looked for other treatment plan before addressing the main reason for the visit. Came for blocked tear duct s/p dcr but, ordered to do an eye culture. Eye culture or swab was not done coz she wanted me to come back in 2 weeks for the culture. The doc sounds sarcastic telling me to go back and see the previous doctor when I said the duct was already flushed s/p dcr and its still blocked, because she wants to perform flushing after determining the result of eye culture and other measures of tear drops for dry eyes and antibiotic prescribed prior to culture."
