"This is my very first visit, and I arrived at exactly 9:30 in the morning while having an appointment scheduled for 10:30 in the morning. I didn’t get called for my appointment until 1115 and then head to wait in the patient room for an additional 15 minutes. To wait in a medical facility for that long when you have a scheduled appointment is truly outrageous, and there was absolutely no organization."
"If I could give zero stars I would, I arrived at 3:08pm my appointment was set at 3:15. I did not get assigned to a room until 4:51pm I had seen multiple people who arrived after me get seen ahead of me. I explained to the nurse could the doctor see me quickly I had to pick my children up at 6pm and it was already 5:05 by the time I got into a room. So I walked out explained to the nurse I had to leave to get my children, I requested if the doctor could call me in regards to my visit(Dr Fisher ) was then rude and stated she needed to get permission from her manager and that there were other patients who she had to still see… I will be calling my insurance to get this bill canceled they still charged my insurance even though I was never seen. Was a waist of time and for them to be inconsiderate of the amount of time I waited is ridiculous. If they were that behind they could have communicated that to the patients not have them wait 2 hours for nothing and to still charge my insurance."
"They did a great job. They calmed my nerves. I was nervous asking for certain tests. There was a miscommunication with the booking of the appointment but the doctor. Was able to fix that and help me out. Always feel good going to their doctor, pharmacy or labs for anything."
"Though there is usually some waiting, which I understand, I have not had any bad experience at the center. All the staff is attentive and friendly, even while being so busy. The care I've been given has been thorough. I appreciate the concern shown for my well-being from Dr. Fisher. She is attentive and patient. Thank you all."
