"I really should have read the reviews before making the trip. Total waste of time and wear and tear on my car. I went in yesterday for an acne trial. I was told by the doctor almost instantly I was a go, I being a typical american low payed and hard working with no health insurance was excited to be a part of this. Payed plus getting a treatment, awesome. And just a few moments later told because of my eczema that I was not even sure I had the doctor didn't see any, I could not do it. So before I went out there they couldn't have told me this..!? They were aware. So it was like telling me I won the lottery then saying just kidding. Broke my heart and I let it ruin my day. They are by no means professionaland definitely negligent."

"A complete and total waste of my time! I was pre-screened on the telephone, when I got there I was denied because of a medication that I take that I had already told them that I take. No compensation and a waste of half of my day. I already contacted the principal study doctor and I will contact his Superior. Unbelievably unprofessional"

"I was asked to do a study after I filled out an online form. I was given a call about a research for a study. After going over the requirements, I agreed to make an appointment. After arriving, I was told that the study was not only available after I arrived, but the study required more issues than I had. The doctor did not even examine me. The failure here is that they wasted my time and my gas without much of a second thought. I was just another potential “research rat” that was conned into a possible study, only to be turned down because I did not meet the requirements; requirements that was explained over the phone one way, but unacceptable after I arrived. Thank you for wasting my time, and hopefully the person I talked to over the phone does a much better job screening people and not waste anyone else’s time. Unacceptable!!!"
