"I am very happy with this place and will always go here in the future if needed. I went to another emergicare the day before due to a lung infection. I waited for 1 1/2 hours and the staff didn't seem to care about any of the patients waiting. I ended up leaving and they didn't even try to show concern. I then came here to TGH and they smiled, helped me through the check-in process, showed kindness, and were prompt in everything. The medical staff was extremely caring and showed a genuine concern for the people coming in. Very impressed!"

"I checked in on line and was able to set an arrival time. It wasn't too crowded when I went, so that was good. Went to triage saw the PA and got the prescription for meds and was on my way. Good experience and smooth. Too bad my pharmacy took more than 2 hours to fill the script!"

"I’ve been here a couple of times and have always had a good experience. Most recently I was treated by Gary and he’s the best provider I’ve ever seen. So attentive and got straight to the problem and knew how to treat me right away. He even called me the following day to follow up and see how I was doing. The desk staff, triage nurse, and the nurse who took my X-ray were all so nice and attentive to my needs. I will definitely continue coming here and would recommend it to anyone needing to visit an urgent care."
