"WORST DOCTOR'S OFFICE EVER! In my 27 years I have never written a bad review on a business despite having dealt with dozens. This office is disgusting, it's in worse condition than even the shadiest walk in clinic in the hood. The receptionist was rude and took personal calls on her cell phone while patients waited for service. I am fortunate enough to have one of the best medical insurance policies available, a PPO through BlueCross Blue Shield which includes one completely free annual Dr's visit. Even though the visit was FREE I knew I needed to find another doctor as this one (Juan Rosario) and his office were not up to par. IMAGINE my frustration when I receive a bill from this office for $106! They charge $164.00 for an office visit which is far more than the insurance has agreed to pay to their providers so now they want me to pay their exorbitant fees! You can go to a walk-in clinic with NO insurance and pay $50 and receive FAR better care and service. I already pay quite a bit per month for the highest tier insurance available and now this office is trying to charge me twice the average cost of a normal doctor's visit for my supposedly FREE annual checkup. Keep in mind all the doctor did was listen to my breathing for 10 seconds and shake my hand. Our interaction was less than 3 minutes. He seemed like a decent enough old man but please save your time and money and find yourself a well equipped facility. On a positive note I have nothing but good things to say about I-Care (vision center) and Monticciolo Dentistry who both have state of the art facilities and well trained and behaved staff and knowledgeable physicians. If you read this and still decide to go to this office, you deserve the screw job you are certainly going to receive."
